The clients wanted to change the existing pine planks in their period property. The old floor was drafty, dark and uninspiring.
Our Solution
Various types of herringbone flooring were discussed and after taking various sample panels back to the property it was decided that our aged tumbled herringbone in colour code 1912 was the perfect floor.
The Outcome
The transformation from stained pine planks with drafty gaps to an authentic looking floor that looks like it has always been part of the property is perfect. Exactly what the client wanted to achieve.

We knew we wanted something with a contemporary twist but it needed to be sympathetic to our 1916 house; Stuart provided us with lots of choice and helped us narrow it down with his expertise. The result is a beautifully clean seamless look, fresh and light and we are really pleased. The installer did a superb job of fitting the wood blocks and was meticulous in his finish and attention to detail. Thank you for everything, it is stunning and has received great comments from our friends and family. We love it!!
