In January 2023, our clients visited the National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon during one of their open weekends. They were in the process of extending and renovating an existing property in rural Worcestershire and sought inspiration for their flooring.
Not 100% sure of the flooring they wanted
Upon visiting our stand, the clients expressed an interest in various flooring options for their home. They were uncertain about the direction they wanted to take and were initially looking for ideas at that stage. Our clients were eager to have a consistent flooring style throughout the downstairs area of their property. They desired a product that would complement their kitchen, while also offering durability, longevity, and ease of maintenance. During their visit, they were attracted to several porcelain flooring options we had on display. Understanding their needs, we arranged for samples to be sent to their home. This allowed them to see how the different options looked in their specific rooms and how well they matched their kitchen units.
Our consultancy played a crucial role at this point, as we advised them on how to evaluate the samples against their existing furniture and décor. This personalized service ensured they felt confident in their choice. After careful consideration and comparison, the clients were particularly impressed with one of the options. They selected a 60×60 cm porcelain tile format, which perfectly met the look they wanted as well as were fuinctional.
Once the decision was made, we confirmed the final quantity needed and scheduled the delivery for April 2024. The seamless guidance provided by our team ensured that the clients felt supported and well-informed throughout the process.
Our clients are now delighted with the outcome. The chosen porcelain tiles have not only enhanced the beauty of their home but also provided the durability and ease of maintenance they were looking for. For some time I’ve been meaning to send you a few photos of our fabulous floor. We are really thrilled with the tiles as they look and feel gorgeous and are much admired by visiting family and friends. They certainly add class to our lovely new kitchen and dining room!
