In January 2023, our clients visited the National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon during one of their open weekends. They were in the process of extending and renovating an existing property in rural Worcestershire and sought inspiration for their flooring.
Not 100% sure of the flooring they wanted
Upon visiting our stand, the clients expressed an interest in various flooring options for their home. They were uncertain about the direction they wanted to take and were initially looking for ideas at that stage. Our clients were eager to have a consistent flooring style throughout the downstairs area of their property. Once the decision was made, we confirmed the final quantity needed and scheduled the delivery for April 2024. The seamless guidance provided by our team ensured that the clients felt supported and well-informed throughout the process.
