The Brief
The property developer had 5 new houses that required porcelain tiles for the bathrooms and kitchen floors. As well as engineered oak in the remaining ground floor rooms, master bedrooms and lounges.
The Solution
After extensive consultations with the interior designers we were able to put forward our suggestions which were signed off by the client. This included a full installation service of the tiles and engineered flooring. We also managed to overcome the issues that arose regarding the terraces on the properties.
The Outcome
Part of our brief was to supply 20mm thick tiles to match the kitchen tile for the terracing and balconies. We had these tiles made as a “one off order” to enable the client to have exactly what they wanted.
