The Brief
The developer had to find a cladding for the exterior of the two properties they were building in North Devon that would compliment the build and the surrounding area, as well as passing the planning criteria.
Our Solution
We put forward our harvest grey cladding in mixed widths and random lengths. The cladding is pre-aged, to give a reclaimed look to the properties.
The Outcome
The end result is two properties that whilst modern in design, blend in to their surroundings in a sympathetic way. This was vital to the client obtaining permission for the development.
The development turned out extremely well and everyone was so complimentary of the way the wood cladding and stone worked so well together. – It was exactly the look that both we and the planners were after.
