This stunning flooring project was for a client in the Cotswolds. The client wanted to give their new, self-build home a semi traditional look downstairs. They specified wanting quality flooring that was suitable for underfloor heating, easy to maintain and looked totally authentic.
Visiting our Holt showroom, our flooring experts recommended a 900mm x 600mm stone effect Casoria pearl porcelain combined with a Sherborne rustic engineered oak. Both floor types work with underfloor heating and combine to give the traditional look the client wanted to achieve. The porcelain tile is not only stunning to look at, but is extremely hardwearing and easy to clean. The Sherborne engineered oak is hardwearing and beautiful with its luxurious oak tones and natural appearance and, as you can seem it works so well. It provides a warm cosy feel to what will be the living room/snug of the house.
